This policy explains what information Anti-Clockwise, LLC ("we", "us") collects and how we use it. It covers this website (anti-clockwise.com) and our apps, Knower of Things and ES:BOTSE Companion (together, the "apps").
Information we collect
The apps don't require an account or sign-in, and we don't ask you for any personal information to use them.
◆Diagnostics & crash data — we use Google Firebase Crashlytics to collect device information and crash logs so we can fix bugs.
◆Usage data — we use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the apps are used (e.g. which features get tapped), collected in an aggregated, non-identifying way.
◆Advertising identifiers — we use Google AdMob to show ads, which collects a device advertising identifier for ad delivery, frequency capping, and measurement.
◆Game data — card history, XP tracking, and campaign saves are stored only on your device. We never see or receive this data.
◆Information you send us — if you email us or use the Contact page, we receive whatever you choose to include.
How we use information
We use the information above to keep the apps stable, understand how features are used, deliver and measure ads, and respond when you reach out to us. We don't use it for anything beyond these purposes.
Third-party services
The apps use Google Firebase (Crashlytics and Analytics) and Google AdMob. These services may collect and process data under their own privacy policies — see
Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Sharing & sale of data
We don't sell personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers named above, as needed to provide crash reporting, analytics, and ads.
Your choices
You can limit ad tracking through your device settings (App Tracking Transparency on iOS, ad personalization settings on Android). Uninstalling an app removes all of its locally stored game data from your device.
Children's privacy
Our apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Data retention
Locally stored game data stays on your device until you clear it or uninstall the app. Analytics and crash data are retained according to Firebase's standard retention periods.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Changes to this policy
If we make changes, we'll update the effective date above and post the revised policy here.
